Product Sourcing: International Logistics Pricing Structure

Base Product Cost:
The price at which client acquires the product from the manufacturer/supplier.
Example: $10.00 per unit

Markup Fees:
10% of Base Product Cost.
A percentage added to the base product cost to cover profit margins.
Example: 10% markup = $1.00

Total Product Price:
The final price that the client will pay for each unit.
Example: $11.00 per unit

Domestic Shipping:
Flat rate or variable rate based on location.
Example: $5.00 per shipment.

International Shipping:
Calculated based on destination country, weight, and dimensions.
Example: Starting from $10.00 per shipment

Handling Fee:
10% of Base Product Cost.
A fee for packaging and processing the order.
Example: 10% Handling Fee = $1.00

Platform Fee (if applicable):
3.5% of Base Product Cost.
Any fees associated with the e-commerce platform or payment gateway.
Example: 3.5% of the transaction value

For China Mainland Warehouse

Daily Rental:
$1.00 per meter cube per day for all products.

Monthly Rental:
$20.00 per meter cube per month for all products.

-$120 per day of accommodation fee within Mainland China.
-$200 per day of accommodation fee in Hong Kong & Macau.
-$500 Transpotation fee to Hong Kong, Macau, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Fujian.
-$800 Transpotation fee to Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hunan, Hainan, and Jiangxi, Anhui, and Hubei.
-$950 Transpotation fee to Beijing, Shandong, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan.

Custom Branding:
Additional charges for custom packaging or branding.
Example: 2.0% of Base Product Cost.

Expedited Shipping:
Faster shipping options at an additional cost.
Example: Minimum $15.00 for 2-day shipping

Fee for Foreign Currency Transations:
For non-USD denominated items, a 3.25% Foreign Currency Transation Fee applies for currency transfers from the currency of the originating country to the US Dollar. If the customer pays in currencies other than US dollars, an additional 3.25% remittance fee applies. If the customer pays in the same currency as the originating currency, the transfer fee is waived.

Payment Method:
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer.

Payment Schedule:
Full payment is due upon order confirmation.

Orders of 100+ Units:
5% discount on Markup Fees, Handling Fee, Platform Fee, Custom Branding Fees, and Warehouse Rental Fees.

Orders of 500+ Units:
10% discount on Markup Fees, Handling Fee, Platform Fee, Custom Branding Fees, and Warehouse Rental Fees.

All prices above are in US dollars.
Prices are subject to change based on supplier rates and market conditions.
Custom orders may require additional lead time.
All prices are exclusive of VAT/GST unless stated otherwise, which is payable by purchaser.
Terms of Payment: 100% Upon Confirmation of order
A Purchase Order is required before commencement of work.
